Healthy Recipe: Balanced Italian Salad

Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas cooked in a saucepan with tomato paste and red pepper flakes
1 can tomato paste
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Kalamata olives, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Scallion, sliced
Cabbage, finely chopped
Hummus
Avocado, diced or sliced
Add salt and pepper to taste
Top with lemon juice, olive oil and your choice of protein
Directions
Warm chickpeas in a saucepan with tomato paste and red pepper flakes.
Add all ingredients to your favorite salad bowl, mix, and enjoy!
