Workspace Makeover For A Healthier Day
We spend a big chunk of our days at work. A few small changes to your work space can help set you up for a healthy, awesome day!
Have a space for healthy snacks- nuts, seeds, dried fruit, nut butter packets, roasted chickpeas. Keep a drawer or shelf with healthy options for when the afternoon munchies strike.
Have equipment on hand that will encourage you to be active- light dumb bells, resistance band, tennis shoes or a stability ball. It may be a helpful reminder to walk on your break or do a few bicep curls during your next conference call.
Put on display items that make you smile- pictures of loved ones or a vacation spot, plants or flowers, colorful work supplies, etc. Items that bring you joy can help you stay positive and combat work stress.
