Healthy Recipe: Almond Butter Oat Balls

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Butter (all natural with oil is best)
1/4 cup honey or raw Maple Syrup
1TBS of dark cocoa powder (optional)
2 Cups Rolled (not instant) Oats
Instructions
1. In a pot, mix and warm on medium-low heat the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and dark cocoa powder.
2. Add in the rolled oats.
3. Scoop 1/4 of the mixture into each ‘muffin’ of a muffin tin. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Makes 10-12. To store, either keep them in the freezer or place in refrigerator. Enjoy!
