The Power Of Positivity

Let’s focus on the bringing the power of positivity into our daily lives.  While it is easy to succumb to tragic news stories and happenings all around us, The Huffington Post reported on three easy lessons each of us can use to remain positive throughout each day:

  1. Life is hard. There are going to be tough days, and it is important to practice resilience and focus on the lessons we can learn from difficult occurrences.
  2. There are always more people doing good than those committing harm. It’s easy to get wrapped up in global terrorism and local tragedies that flood our news headlines.  Keep in mind that the majority of the human race is good and have chosen lives of service and dedication to others.
  3. If we find a positive in every crisis, we might have the joy for which we long. It may not be clear during the time of pain and sorrow, but a positive disposition will ensure that we come out on top in the end.
