Finding Time for Fitness
If you find yourself struggling to make time to hit the gym, try breaking up your workouts into smaller 10-minute segments. You may find it easier to get your 30 minutes of exercise in when you spread it out over the entire day.
For example, takea 10-minute walk in the morning to get your heart rate up, and take the opportunity to clear your mind and prepare for the day!
Grab another 10 minutes during your lunch break or between meetings to do some body weight exercises. Push-ups, planks, lunges and squats are all great total-body exercises that can be done anywhere, without equipment.
Before bed, take another 10 minutes for some yoga or stretching to help you unwind from the day.
By the time you turn the lights out for the night, you'll have completed 30 minutes of exercise!
