Is it Worth Your Time – Decide if the time spent on a task fits into your big picture goals.
Don’t Procrastinate - It may be difficult to start a project, but once there is a little progress, momentum with build.
Stick to the Schedule – Though it’s not always realistic to adhere to slotted times for work, chores and family time, doing so will make for better work-life balance.
