Healthy 4th Of July Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries ( about 60 ml )
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk ( 60 ml )
  • 1 banana

Directions

  1. Blend blueberries, honey and 4 tablespoons coconut milk
  2. Pour into popsicle molds
  3. Put into freezer for half an hour
  4. Blend 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1 banana
  5. Pour over the blueberry mixture, add sticks
  6. Freeze for three to four hours
