Healthy 4th Of July Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries ( about 60 ml )
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk ( 60 ml )
- 1 banana
Directions
- Blend blueberries, honey and 4 tablespoons coconut milk
- Pour into popsicle molds
- Put into freezer for half an hour
- Blend 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1 banana
- Pour over the blueberry mixture, add sticks
- Freeze for three to four hours
