Frozen Yogurt Bark

Serving Size: about 12 pieces    Prep: 10minutes    Freeze: 2hrs to Overnight

Ingredients:

·        2 cups of vanilla yogurt

·        ½ cup of blueberries

·        1 tablespoon of cinnamon

·        ½ cup of pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

·        Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.

·        Spread the yogurt evenly across the baking sheet.

·        Top with blueberries, cinnamon, and pumpkin seeds.

·        Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until yogurt is frozen.

·        Store leftovers in the freezer.

 

Tip: You can use any flavor of yogurt including a dairy-free option. Top with fruit of choice and make it your own!
