Red, White & Blue Breakfast

Mix and match fruit by color:

Red - raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate, watermelon, red grapes, guava, cherries, & cranberries

White - banana, skinned pear & apple

Blue - blueberries, blackberries, prunes, raisins, grapes, plums, elderberries, & currants Yogurt - plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt, or dairy-free yogurt for vegans/lactose intolerants

Optional Grains - granola, oatmeal & quinoa (cooked)

Optional for anyone without a nut allergy - all-natural peanut or almond butter, chia seeds, flaxseeds, & pumpkin seeds
