Whether it occurs in the workplace, home, or personal relationships, major changes create stress and can be difficult to manage. Many people thrive on routine, and when a significant aspect of your daily life is altered, it can feel hectic and uncomfortable.

Follow these tips to cope with the stress of changes in your life:
