Tip Of The Week: Make The Most Of Your Commute

Whether it's 30 minutes on the train, an hour in the car, or 15 minutes on foot, we spend a lot of time traveling to and from work. And it can be hard - especially in the evening - to take advantage of this time, as we are often anxious to get home and relax. But why not use your commute as time to do something mindful and engaging? An audiobook or podcast is the perfect way to indulge in some "me time" and distract yourself from the challenges of the day and ease yourself into the evening.

You might be thinking, "how do I know what type of audiobook or podcast is best?". Try something that will make you laugh, a story about love, or one that will help you grow as a person. A favorite podcast series in our office is "How I Built This", which tells the story of how many innovators, entrepreneurs and idealists got started in their field of work.
