Low-Carb Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (Honey crisp recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Using a knife or a mandolin, holding the apple with the stem on the side, slice apple into thin, round chips.
  3. Place parchment paper onto baking sheet.
  4. Lay the apple slices onto the baking sheet and sprinkle each slice with cinnamon.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, then flip over the apple slices and continue baking for another hour.
  6. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes, then enjoy!
