Stretch At Your Desk

Stretch #1 - Several times a day stand up and sit down without using your hands.  Repeat this movement while talking on the phone or viewing a webinar.

Stretch #2 - Holding on to the seat of your chair extend your legs straight out in front of you so they are parallel to the floor.  Flex and point your toes five times.  Release. Repeat!
